Missing person report for 4-year-old boy from Florida who cannot speak

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – A missing person report has been issued for a four-year-old boy from Molino, Florida who cannot speak.

Officers are looking for Darrel Beck, described as a white male, 3 feet tall and weighing 50 pounds. He has blonde hair and blue eyes.

The child was last seen in the 5000 block of Barrineau Park School Road in Molina wearing a blue long-sleeved Batman shirt and a diaper.

Beck cannot speak and is known to be attracted to water.
