Due to a police investigation, traffic was delayed on I-10 between Elysian Fields and Esplanade. According to NOPD, “at approximately 4:20 p.m., police were called to I-10 westbound and St. Bernard for an accident. Shots were reported. However, when officers arrived, the occupants of the vehicle were gone.” The scene has been cleared and traffic is now flowing normally.
