When Princeton police fielded a call from welfare recipients in the spring, they uncovered a major human trafficking operation in Collin County. In one welfare case, officers discovered 15 adult women who they said were forced to work for several shell companies owned by Santhosh Katkoori and his wife, Dwaraka Gunda. Investigators said the victims, who included both women and men, worked as programmers. Police found fake documents in Princeton, Melissa and McKinney.
