While the RNC is underway, the Milwaukee Municipal Court and Police Administration Building are switching to remote operations

The Milwaukee Municipal Court and the Milwaukee Police Department’s Police Administration Building, located within the “security perimeter,” will be closed during the Republican National Convention. The Municipal Court will be closed July 12-19, and the Police Administration Building will be closed July 14 until the anticipated reopening date of July 19. Both agencies will continue to be accessible by phone and email during the closure. Payments for the Municipal Court can be made by phone or through the website. Fingerprint services at the Police Administration Building can be scheduled before or after the closure. The MPD PAB is located within the security zone designated for the convention. Alternate police stations can be found in Precinct Two: 245 W. Lincoln Ave., Three: 2333 N. 49th St., and Five: 2920 N. Ver R. Phillips Ave.

MILWAUKEE —

The Milwaukee Municipal Court and the Milwaukee Police Department’s Police Administration Building, which are located within the “hard security perimeter,” will be closed during the Republican National Convention.

The District Court will be closed from July 12 to 19 and the Police Administration Building will be closed from July 14 until the expected reopening date of July 19.

Both offices will continue to be available by phone and email during the closure. Payments for the District Court can be made by phone or through the District Court website.

Fingerprinting in the police administration building can be arranged before or after closing time.

The MPD PAB is located within the designated congressional security zone.

Alternate police stations can be found in Precinct Two: 245 W. Lincoln Ave., Three: 2333 N. 49th St. and Five: 2920 N. Ver R. Phillips Ave.
