Second man charged with sexually abusing a child in early 2000s | Crime and Courts

EAU CLAIRE (WQOW) – A second man is now charged with repeated sexual abuse of a child after a third victim came forward.

The case dates back to the early 2000s.

According to the criminal complaint:

The victim, now 34, told police that Daniel and Christopher Rodriguez sexually abused him when he was seven or eight years old. He said they abused him more than a dozen times and stopped when he became a teenager.

Last month, we reported that charges had been filed against Christopher Rodriguez in this case. He is accused of three counts of sexual abuse of a child.

Two other victims described years of sexual assault by him while attending the daycare center in his home.

Christopher Rodriguez, who had since moved to Arizona, received a signature bond of $250,000.

He and Daniel Rodriguez will appear in court for initial hearings on Thursday.
