Trinity Bostic found dead, teenager charged with murder

A week after a 17-year-old Tennessee girl disappeared, another teenager has been accused of killing her.

A 17-year-old man is charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of Trinity Bostic, Hendersonville police said in a news release. Police did not release the identity of the male suspect.

Trinity was first reported missing in Macon County on June 29, police said. The Macon County Sheriff’s Office said officers began gathering information and trying to locate her in an area outside the county. Attempts to reach her were unsuccessful.

Four days after she was reported missing, her remains were found by a garbage collector on the side of the road in Hendersonville on July 3, according to Hendersonville police.
