Police are asking people to keep an eye out for a man missing in North Carolina who may be in the Louisville area. Phillip Price, 30, of Raleigh, was last seen on April 15, according to LMPD. His car was found two days later. Later, at 1 a.m. on April 17, it crashed and was abandoned in Shawnee Park in Louisville. Now, about three weeks later, Louisville police have issued a missing person at risk alert. Police said the family feared for his safety as he may have underlying health problems and could become lost and disoriented.
