Fremont man arrested after raping incapacitated woman: police

FREMONT, CALIFORNIA – A Fremont man was arrested June 30 for allegedly raping a woman while she was incapacitated in the back seat of his car, police said.

According to police, the attack had already occurred the previous Friday.

An 18-year-old woman claims she drank alcohol in a bar in San Jose with her friend Morgan Foster (30). Foster is said to have given the woman several drinks and then driven her to his apartment in Fremont, where he allegedly sexually abused her in his car.

The police assume that they have statements from those involved and witnesses as well as video evidence of the attack.

Morgan was booked into Santa Rita Jail on suspicion of rape and charged by prosecutors on several counts, police said. He is currently free on bail.
