Start of construction for Annsville Circle: Fears of delays

Construction began today on a major project to raise Annsville Circle by six feet to address ongoing concerns about flooding and hazards.

The project, carried out by the Ministry of Transport, is expected to last at least two years.

The Department of Transportation assures motorists that Annsville Circle will remain open during construction, but expects delays. Businesses in the area will also remain open.
