Patrol reports 24 arrests in Northern Missouri between July 5 and 7, 2024

The Missouri State Highway Patrol recently released a report detailing the number of arrests in Northern Missouri between July 5, 2024 and July 7, 2024. The report states that a total of 24 people were arrested during this time period. The reasons for these arrests include, but are not limited to, harassment, failure to appear, driving under the influence, and drug offenses.

Christopher D. Knight47, of Osawatomie, Kansas, was arrested on July 5, 2024 at 9:10 a.m. in Harrison County. He is charged with harassment by communication and harassment in the third degree (seven counts), which are misdemeanors in Jasper County, Kansas. Knight is being held without bail in the Harrison County Jail.

Joshua A. Castenada36, of St. Joseph, Missouri, was arrested on July 6, 2024 at 2:17 a.m. in Buchanan County. He was arrested on a Platte County warrant for failure to appear on traffic violations (two counts) and a St. Joseph Police Department warrant for city ordinance violations for health and safety violations. Castenada is being held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and is eligible for release on bond.

Oleg Kanzer48, of Los Angeles, California, was arrested in Holt County at 2:36 p.m. on July 6, 2024. He faces a warrant for failure to appear. Kantser is being held in the Holt County Jail and is free on bail.

Michael P. Miscellaneous31, of Savannah, Missouri, was arrested on July 6, 2024 at 3:02 p.m. in Buchanan County. He was taken into custody on a warrant for failure to appear (four counts) out of Platte County and driving while license revoked. Divers is being held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and is eligible for release on bail.

Colt W. Cameron19, of Blockton, Iowa, was arrested on July 6, 2024 at 4:40 p.m. in Worth County. He has a warrant out for failure to appear due to no insurance in Worth County. Cameron is being held in the Worth County Jail and is free on bail.

Colt M. Michael20, of El Paso, Texas, was arrested on July 7, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. in Clinton County. He is charged with resisting arrest, reckless and careless driving involving an accident, and speeding. Micoley is being held at the Daviess/DeKalb Regional Jail for 24 hours.

Brian A. Elliott39, of Hannibal, Missouri, was arrested on July 5, 2024 at 4:11 p.m. in Ralls County. He is accused of violating a child protection order. Elliott has been fired from the Ralls County Sheriff’s Department.

David D. Wheeler47, of Palmyra, Missouri, was arrested on July 5, 2024 at 7:16 p.m. in Monroe County on a charge of DUI. Wheeler was released on a summons.

Grant N. Sands24, of Prairie Village, Kansas, was arrested on July 5, 2024 at 10:40 p.m. in Putnam County on a charge of driving while intoxicated (DWI). Sands was held in the Putnam County Jail and later released.

Mathew A. Breshears29, of Kirksville, Missouri, was arrested on July 6, 2024 at 1:26 a.m. in Adair County. He is charged with DUI (first offense), driving without valid registration, and having a defective license plate light. Breshears has been fired from the Adair County Sheriff’s Department.

Jessica M. McLemore19, of Macon, Missouri, was arrested on July 6, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. in Macon County. She is charged with DUI, being visibly intoxicated as a minor with a blood alcohol content greater than .02%, driving on the right side of the road resulting in an accident, driving without insurance and driving without registration. McLemore was released from the Macon County Jail.

William I. McCurren20, of Edina, Missouri, was arrested on July 6, 2024 at 11:10 a.m. in Adair County. He is charged with possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia. McCurren was released from the Adair County Jail.

Eva M. Williams61, of Quincy, Illinois, was arrested on July 6, 2024 at 5:59 p.m. in Lewis County. She is charged with fourth-degree assault. Williams was released after her arrest.

Noah J. Walker23, of Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested in Adair County at 9:25 p.m. on July 6, 2024. He is charged with DUI and was subjected to a roadside investigation before being released.

Kyra L. White25, of Quincy, Illinois, was arrested on July 6, 2024 at 9:40 p.m. in Ralls County on charges of driving while intoxicated and speeding. White was detained by Monroe City Police and later released.

April A. Lantz42, of Monroe City, Missouri, was arrested on July 6, 2024 at 10:57 p.m. in Monroe County on charges of DUI as a prior offender. Lantz was detained by Monroe City Police and later released.

Donald L. Craig63, of Kirksville, Missouri, was arrested on July 7, 2024 at 1:39 a.m. in Adair County. He is charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), driving under the influence (drugs), and possession of drug paraphernalia. Craig has been fired from the Adair County Sheriff’s Department.

Joshua M. Arnold26, of Hannibal, Missouri, was arrested on July 7, 2024 at 1:39 a.m. in Marion County on charges of DUI. Arnold was held in the Marion County Jail and later released.

Joseph A. Williams33, of Center, Missouri, was arrested at 1:43 a.m. on July 7, 2024 in Marion County. He was charged with DUI (1st offense) and was subjected to a roadside investigation before being released.

Jake O. Rouse19, of Unionville, Missouri, was arrested on July 7, 2024 at 2:54 a.m. in Putnam County on charges of DUI. Rouse was held in the Putnam County Jail and later released.

Christy A. Fanning64, of Milan, Missouri, was arrested on July 7, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. in Sullivan County. She is charged with DUI (drugs). Fanning was held in the Sullivan County Jail and later released.

Terrance P. Ledbetter66, of Hannibal, Missouri, was arrested on July 7, 2024 at 7:35 p.m. in Ralls County. He is charged with a Ralls County warrant for illegal possession of a firearm and resisting arrest by fleeing. Ledbetter is being held in the Ralls County Jail and is available for release on bail.

Sherry S. Henson42, of Hannibal, Missouri, was arrested on July 7, 2024 at 7:35 p.m. in Ralls County. She is charged with no valid driver’s license, resisting arrest by fleeing, and multiple Monroe County warrants for driving without a license, lack of financial responsibility, and speeding. Henson is being held in the Ralls County Jail and is eligible for release on bail.

Antonio M. Liggins37, of St. Louis, Missouri, was arrested on July 7, 2024 at 8:45 p.m. in Adair County. He is charged with a warrant out of Kendall County, Illinois, and driving without a license. Liggins is being held without bail in the Adair County Jail.
