Officers responding to the scene found the vehicle described in connection with the incident leaving the parking lot of a local business and conducted a traffic stop. During the investigation, officers determined that Dicicco was operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Additionally, Dicicco had a child under the age of 16 in the vehicle, which resulted in a charge under Leandra’s Law.

Dicicco was charged with driving under the influence with a child in the vehicle (Leandra’s Law, Felony E), driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content over .08%, driving while intoxicated, and driving without a license. He was released on a summons and is scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Municipal Court at a later date.
