Large police presence in Horizon due to possible traffic accident

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A large police presence was reported in a Horizon City neighborhood on Sunday evening, July 7.

Police are cordoning off the area around Desert Shadow Drive due to an apparent traffic accident.
