Girl sexually abused twice | Dubuque’s Super Hits 106 – KIYX

Police said a man sexually abused a girl under the age of 12 in 2019 when they both lived in Dubuque. Shannon Towne, 47, of East Dubuque, Illinois, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center on a warrant for two counts of second-degree sexual abuse. Court documents show a young girl contacted authorities in Wisconsin in September 2022. The girl told police that she had been sexually abused twice about three years earlier by Towne, a man she knew.
