Crest Hill Police Conduct Death Investigation – Shaw Local

Crest Hill – Crest Hill Police announced they are in the midst of an ongoing murder/death investigation.

The department shared the update on Facebook on July 7, noting that the incident occurred in the 2400 block of Red Oak Trail.

Police described the death as an “isolated incident” and said there was no ongoing threat to public safety.

Because the investigation is still ongoing, police did not release any further details until an autopsy is performed.
