Man shot after entering someone else’s apartment on W. Gulf Bank

HOUSTON – A man who walked into someone else’s north Houston apartment was shot and killed early Thursday morning, police said.

The shooting was reported around 12:30 a.m. at an apartment complex in the 1400 block of W. Gulf Bank Road.

Police said two people were outside their apartment when a younger man walked past them without saying anything and entered their apartment.

Police say she forcibly removed him from the apartment and a disturbance ensued, leading the person living there to shoot the younger man in the chest. He died at the scene.
