Man arrested for driving rage shooting

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) – A man is behind bars following a road rage incident in Laurel County.

The shooting reportedly occurred on Saturday near East Laurel Road, six miles east of London.

When officers arrived, they discovered what appeared to be the result of a road rage incident.

Officials said 21-year-old Jayden Jackson of London was shot twice in the upper body.

He was taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital in London and later flown by helicopter to the UK Hospital.

Joseph C. Brewer, 21, of London was arrested and charged with first-degree assault.

Brewer was taken to the Laurel County Detention Center.
