Police: 2 people in stolen car flee the scene of accident involving 3 vehicles in Aurora

DENVER (KDVR) – Two people fled the scene of a crash in Aurora involving three vehicles, including a car that police say was stolen.

Aurora police told FOX31 that officers responded to a report of a two-vehicle crash near the intersection of South Havana Street and East Kentucky Drive shortly after 5 p.m.


According to police, two vehicles collided, then one of the vehicles drove away and crashed into a parked car.

Police confirmed that one of the vehicles involved was stolen. The driver and passenger of the stolen vehicle fled the scene of the accident. The two were not found.

One person was taken to a hospital and police said the extent of their injuries was unknown.
