Woman found dead in parking lot on Jacksonville’s Westside

JACKSONVILLE, Florida. – A concerned citizen called police and said she saw a dead woman in a Westside parking lot at 7:30 a.m. Saturday, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.

JSO and the Jacksonville Fire Department searched the 1700 block of Picketville Road and found the dead woman in the parking lot.

Investigators said the circumstances of the incident were unknown.
