Suspect arrested for murder of Bruce Glass in Lloyd District

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A suspect has been arrested following the May 5 murder of Bruce Glass in Northeast Portland.

According to Portland police, police arrested 54-year-old David L. Carter on drug and weapons charges on Tuesday. However, they later discovered that he was allegedly involved in the shooting of Glass.

On Wednesday, Carter was charged with second-degree murder and felon in possession of a firearm.

The incident is still under investigation. Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact police.
