Sean “Diddy” Combs boards a private jet from “Combs Air” during the investigation

Sean “Diddy” Combs gives an insight into his life.

The 54-year-old music mogul, who is reportedly under a federal investigation into sex trafficking allegations, uploaded a clip to his Instagram Stories on Friday, July 5, showing himself boarding a private jet.

In the first-person video, Combs filmed himself walking toward the plane – a matte black jet with a “Combs Air” placemat at the bottom of the stairs – and greeting the flight crew.

“Home is the best place,” Combs said at the end of the video.

Combs’ latest social media post came more than a week after he deleted all photos from his entire Instagram page and days after NBC News reported, citing sources, that Combs was the focus of an ongoing investigation.

Insiders told the outlet on July 3 that Combs’ legal team had been notified by federal authorities in the Southern District of New York and that a federal grand jury was hearing evidence as part of the alleged investigation.

Representatives for Combs did not respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment at the time.

That same day, former porn actress Adria English filed another sex trafficking and assault lawsuit against the mogul, claiming that Combs sexually trafficked and abused her for years during his “white parties” in the Hamptons, New York and Miami.

Combs’ attorney Jonathan Davis then told PEOPLE: “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it will not change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually harassed anyone or been a victim of sex trafficking.”

“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason and without evidence,” he added. “Fortunately, there is a fair and impartial legal process to find out the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court against these and other unsubstantiated claims.”

As of November 2023, Combs has been named in several civil lawsuits and faces multiple allegations of sex trafficking, sexual abuse, and harassment. Combs’ ex-girlfriend Cassie (full name Casandra Ventura) filed her now-settled lawsuit in November, accusing the music mogul of rape, sex trafficking, and domestic violence.

Combs denied all allegations against him in a statement provided to PEOPLE in December, saying he “sat by in silence and watched as people attempted to smear my character and destroy my reputation and legacy.”

Based on these allegations, federal agents searched Combs’ home in Los Angeles in March.

In May, surveillance footage from 2016 surfaced showing Combs physically attacking 37-year-old Ventura at a Century City hotel. The musician responded to the video, sharing on Instagram that he was “disgusted” by his actions. He said at the time that he “takes full responsibility for my actions in that video” and that he was “sincerely sorry.”

Combs has since been stripped of his key to New York City and his honorary degree from Howard University. He also sold his majority stake in his media company Revolt.
