Evansville man arrested and charged with rape

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – Evansville Police officials say a man was arrested Friday and charged with rape.

Officials identified Douglas Thomas as the perpetrator. They say he raped a woman in an Evansville bar.

The victim was dropped off at home after being found by two Good Samaritans.
