The Indiana Department of Natural Resources said it received a call that several people had fallen from a boat. Water conditions washed the men away after they jumped into the water to swim, officials said.

Nine people were rescued. One rescued man was taken to hospital.

Two men are still missing. ABC7 was told one of the men is from Elk Grove Village and the other is from Mt. Prospect.
