Atlanta Hawks Announce Roster for 2024 Las Vegas Summer League

The roster includes first-round pick Zaccharie Risacher and first-round pick Kobe Bufkin, who will start the game on July 12 against the Washington Wizards.

ATLANTA — The Hawks are moving forward into the offseason and their next stop is the NBA 2k25 Las Vegas Summer League.

Atlanta unveiled its Summer League roster on Monday, led by assistant coach Ronald Nored. The roster is led by first-round pick Zaccharie Risacher, who will make his debut in a Hawks uniform.

The roster also includes Kobe Bufkin, a first-round pick last year, and Nikola Đjurišić, a second-round pick this year. Bufkin, who played for Michigan in college, averaged 4.8 points and 1.6 assists in 17 games with the Hawks last year.

Another player who played for the Hawks last season is center Mouhamed Gueye, who will join them on the summer league team. Gueye averaged 4 points and 3.7 rebounds in six games and spent most of the season with the Hawks’ G-League team, the College Park Skyhawks.

The summer league roster features six other players who played for the Skyhawks last season. Miles Norris, Jarkel Joiner, Rob Baker II, Jordan Bowden, Emmitt Matthews Jr. and Keaton Wallace will all transfer from the Skyhawks to the Hawks’ summer league team.

To round out the roster, the Hawks signed undrafted free agent Moses Wood, who was signed by Washington. Wood signed with the Hawks on June 29, the day after the NBA draft ended. The Hawks also signed Nick Ongenda, who played for the Utah Jazz’s G-League team last season.

The final member of the summer league team is Dylan Windler. Windler was a first-round draft pick by the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2019 but hasn’t played more than 50 games in a season in his career.

He signed with the Hawks on March 4 and played six games with Atlanta last year, averaging 4.7 points and 2 rebounds.

The Hawks’ summer league schedule begins July 12 with a game against the Washington Wizards. They’ll follow that up with a game against fourth-round pick Stephon Castle and the San Antonio Spurs on July 14.

Before they finish their run in Las Vegas, they will face Bronny James – son of NBA great LeBron James – and the Los Angeles Lakers on July 17. The Hawks’ final stop in Las Vegas will be a game against the Chicago Bulls on July 19.
