Bedford Police are asking the public for help in identifying a suspect in a fraud investigation

BEDFORD, Virginia. – We have been advised that Bedford Police are currently appealing for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in an ongoing fraud investigation.

According to police, the suspect is a white man who appears to be about 50 or 60 years old. He has gray hair, a goatee, wears glasses and was driving a red Audi SUV believed to be from out of state.

The suspect also committed fraud in Blacksburg using the same vehicle, the BPD said.
