Adria English, a former porn actress, filed a lawsuit Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York alleging that Diddy hired her for several of his all-white parties in Miami, New York and the Hamptons over the years. In each instance where she was invited, English claims she was “coerced” into participating in sex work, according to abc news.

She adds that at these parties she was forced to take drugs and drink alcohol laced with ecstasy, which resulted in English not being able to remember some details of some of the parties.

In the complaint, English says she has “lived her entire adult life with the memory of being trapped in a cycle of sex trafficking that she never wanted to participate in and that she was chosen for because Defendant Combs knew he could manipulate her.”

English also names Bad Boy Entertainment Holdings, Inc., Vibe Magazine and Penske Media Corporation, claiming they helped organize the white parties in question.

In a statement to ABC News, Jonathan Davis, Diddy’s attorney, said: “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it will not change the fact that Mr. Combs never sexually harassed or sexually acted on anyone. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason and without evidence.”

“Fortunately, there is a fair and impartial legal process to find out the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident that he will prevail in court against these and other baseless allegations.”

Although Diddy has been informed that there is a federal criminal case pending against him in the Southern District of New York, there is no indication that any charges will be brought against him, NBC News.

The US Attorney’s Office has not yet commented publicly on the investigation.

The revelation about the investigation comes almost four months after #18 of 21 places to eat in Miami And Real Estate in Los Angeles were searched by federal authorities in connection with an investigation into alleged sex trafficking.
