Man drowned in pool of vacant house in Tulsa

TULSA, Oklahoma. –

A man drowned in a pool at a home near the corner of 71st Street and Sheridan on Friday, Tulsa police said.

The home’s owners said the house was for sale and was unoccupied at the time of the drowning, police said.

Police believe that a small group of people heard that the house was empty and decided to gather there.

Police officers were seen entering and leaving the house and talking to the people inside.
