GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Assistant Store Manager ensures that the store remains clean and well organized and that the customer is the top priority. Under the direction and delegation of the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager assists in supervising store employees, managing and presenting merchandise, completing paperwork, and preparing deposits. The Assistant Store Manager also handles stocking and cashier functions and performs other duties as needed to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets and reducing losses.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE and/or TRAINING:
A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is strongly preferred.
One year of retail experience and preferably six months of supervisory experience. Ability to drive own vehicle to the bank to deposit money.

This is a permanent full-time position. The salary depends on your request.
