A Pike County man is facing charges for allegedly breaking into a daycare center.

According to Pikeville police, Johnny Slone, of Raccoon, and a minor patient whose name was not released, were seen on surveillance video Friday at Model City Daycare entering the building through a second-floor door, searching the rooms and allegedly taking items valued at about $100.

According to Mountain Top News, Slone is facing third-degree burglary, illegal possession of a handgun and other charges.
