Allegheny County police are investigating after two men were found dead in a pool in Pine Township on Thursday evening.Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 observed police activity in the 200 block of Eitherburn Drive, where county police said they sent Northern Regional Officers for a welfare check just before 6:20 p.m. “First responders found two adult males dead in a pool. Preliminary investigation has revealed no signs of foul play. Allegheny County police are investigating after two men were found dead in a pool in Pine Township Thursday night.

Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 observed police activity in the 200 block of Either Drive, where Northern Regional officers were dispatched to conduct a welfare check just before 6:20 p.m., according to county police.

“Rescue crews found two adult men dead in a pool. Preliminary investigations revealed no signs of foul play. The coroner will make a determination as to the cause and nature of the incident,” county police said in a statement.

Officials have not yet been able to determine the identity of the people found dead, but investigations are ongoing.

Anyone with information is asked to call the county police tip line at 833-ALL. Anonymous calls will be accepted.
