According to the King County Sheriff’s Office, a person was arrested Wednesday after officials said he shot at people around the Burien Safeway with a pellet gun.

The first report came in at 5:15 p.m. when a woman reported being hit by a shotgun pellet in the Safeway parking lot. KIRO 7 spoke to a relative of the victim who said the woman was shot in the face.

At 6:20 p.m., another shooting was reported. Officers from the King County Sheriff’s Office responded and found the suspects in their vehicle.

At least one person in the car admitted to shooting people indiscriminately with an “Orbeez gun,” which fires small gel balls at high velocity.
