Federal Criminal Police Office investigates Sean “Diddy” Combs

Sean “Diddy” Combs, CEO of Bad Boy Entertainment, is under federal criminal investigation. Earlier this year, Department of Homeland Security agents raided Diddy’s homes in Los Angeles and Miami. Now, insiders have confirmed that federal authorities in the Southern District of New York have informed Combs’ legal team of the ongoing investigation. Sources have revealed that a federal grand jury is currently hearing evidence, although no charges are expected at this time. Both the U.S. Attorney’s Office and Combs’ attorneys have declined to comment on the situation.

CBS News reported that while Combs is under investigation, there is no indication that prosecutors are seeking a grand jury indictment. Legal experts point out that the fact that Combs is under investigation means he is involved in the investigation, but does not necessarily mean he will face charges.

The allegations continue to raise the question of whether criminal charges will be filed against Diddy.
