Arlington police said Thursday they wanted to speak to a man known to have driven a car involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash in June.

Joel Sac Tambriz, 24, is known for driving a black 2019 Honda Civic hatchback that police believe struck and killed Daniel Cruces, 30.
