Holiday Valley ends its catering contract

ELLICOTTVILLE, NY — Holiday Valley Resort is taking food and beverage matters into its own hands at its Ellicottville campus.

When the station’s contract with Sodexo Live! ended May 1, Holiday Valley’s parent company, Win-Sum Ski Corp., decided to bring the company in-house.

“Holiday Valley had an excellent relationship with Sodexo Live! Ultimately, when the contract came to an end, we saw an opportunity to do something that had been discussed before that allowed us to streamline operations throughout the resort,” said Dash Hegeman, marketing director. “The team here is excited about this project. Many Sodexo Live! continue to perform their duties, but are now directly part of the Holiday Valley family.
