After her arrest, police initially released nearly two hours of footage. Early Thursday morning, they released what they said was all of the footage of Peterson’s arrest and jail transfer, as well as front and rear camera footage from that time.

One of the videos shows Peterson being led out of the restaurant and put into the patrol car.

“Are you serious? He pushed the woman!” she can be heard screaming.

According to witnesses, Peterson was trying to break up a dispute between a man and a woman. When police intervened, she accidentally struck an off-duty officer. The officer said the judge stabbed him in the chest.

A video shows Peterson sleeping for hours in the back seat of the patrol car she was placed in.

“Don’t touch me! I said I can do it, I can walk on my own,” she is heard saying.

Attorney Marvin Arrington Jr., who represents Peterson, says she acted as a Good Samaritan and did nothing wrong.

“We believe the Atlanta Police Department should drop the charges,” he said. “And if they can’t drop them, then the district attorney’s office should.”

Peterson is charged with simple assault on a police officer and obstruction of justice.
