Streamer YourRAGE “loses an eye” in horrific wood chopping accident

Twitch streamer YourRAGE says he “lost” an eye after a freak accident that happened while chopping wood live on stream.

A clip of American Twitch and Kick streamer YourRAGE, whose real name is Josh, is going viral on the internet after it appears to show the moment he injured his eye in an accident.

In the clip from a stream on July 3, YourRAGE can be seen chopping wood with an axe in the dark. But when he hits the log, the axe seems to have bounced back and the handle hits him in the face.

The cameraman asked him if he was OK, to which YourRAGE replied: “I’m blind. I’m bleeding. I need a hospital! I need a hospital! I need a hospital, brother!”

“Are you serious?” the cameraman asked. The angry streamer replied: “Yes, yes, yes… I lost my eye. I lost my eye! I promise you. I promise you! Ah! I’m not lying!”

The live stream ended abruptly with the message “Connection lost, I’ll be back soon!”.

Following the incident, an X-account named @rageupdates claimed: “The only real update is he can’t see out of his eye, lots of blood, no vision at the moment.”

His fans sent him their best wishes after the shocking incident and wished him a speedy recovery.

“Pray for @YourRAGEz guys. I couldn’t imagine going blind in one eye, that has to be one of my biggest fears. That clip looked awful,” wrote one fan.

Another wrote: “I pray it gets better bro what the f***.”
