Milton man arrested for aggressive driving | News

Danville Police arrested Marlowe Malik Cobbs, 28, of Milton, and charged him with multiple felonies stemming from an incident of driving aggression on Tuesday, July 2, around 4 p.m. Officers responded to a report of shots fired in the area of ​​the 700 block of Halifax Road. A victim later reported that his vehicle was shot at during an incident of driving aggression.

Based on information gathered at the scene, the suspect vehicle and its driver, Cobbs, were identified and located in Caswell County with assistance from the Caswell County Sheriff’s Office.

He was extradited to Virginia and is being held without bail in the Danville City Jail. He is charged with:

Shooting from a vehicle

Attempted grievous bodily harm

Use of a firearm in the commission of a crime

Firing a firearm in public

Child endangerment

Shooting at an occupied vehicle
