Suspects sought after attack on beach promenade

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — San Diego police on Wednesday released video of a weekend brawl that ended in a stabbing in Pacific Beach.

On Sunday around 10:50 p.m., a group of suspects violently attacked a man and a woman on the boardwalk near Garnet Avenue, SDPD posted on Xformerly known as Twitter.


Police confirmed that the man had suffered significant internal injuries after being stabbed several times in the back.

Authorities need the public’s help in identifying the group suspected of being involved in the brawl, consisting of four men and three women.

One of the suspects, a man in a yellow shirt, had a cut on his left hand that likely required medical attention, according to police.
