Thane: In the case of a 12-year-old girl who was sexually abused by two persons, including a disabled person, the Thane court sentenced her to 20 years of hard labor. The court also ordered the two convicts, Naresh alias Dadu Ashok Vikhe, 27, and Vijay Babasaheb Tambe, 24, to pay a fine of Rs 26,000 each. In October 2019, the child was with a friend from there at a park, Tambe lured her and took her to the other accused’s hut where she was sexually abused by the accused. TNN
