Man allegedly upskirts victim at MBTA station while on probation for similar incident – ​​Boston 25 News

BOSTON – A suspect with a criminal history attempted to elude police Monday after allegedly taking inappropriate photos of a victim at an MBTA station.

According to Transit Police, a 25-year-old Waltham man was arrested at Community College Station for chasing a victim.

Authorities have not yet released the suspect’s name, but officials said he was already on probation for a previous upskirting incident.
