Police search for man accused of raping girl in Columbus | News

COLUMBUS, Mississippi (WTVA) – Columbus Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man they believe raped a girl on Sunday, June 30.

On Sunday, June 30, 2024, at approximately 1 p.m., Columbus Police Department officers went to Baptist Memorial Hospital to speak with the victim.

According to police, the victim identified Randy Pratt as the person who sexually assaulted her.

Bryan Moore, the department’s spokesman, told WTVA that Pratt was a friend of the victim’s family.
