BCSO: Woman found dead in north side pool, presumed drowning

According to authorities, a pool cleaning employee came to the house, found a woman lying in the pool and called for help.

SAN ANTONIO – A woman is believed to have drowned in a gated community on the north side Wednesday morning, Bexar County authorities said.

Emergency crews responded to a 911 call from the 15,000 block of Lofty Heights, where officials said they found a dead person in a pool.

According to authorities, a pool cleaning employee came to the house, found a woman lying in the pool and called for help.

Officials said the woman was pronounced dead on arrival.

No further information was provided.
