Who is banned or about to be banned?

We are in the quarter-finals of this year’s European Championship and that means that the players with a yellow card are facing their final hurdle.

In this article we have the regular summary of all disciplinary matters for fantasy managers at Euro 2024.

HOW MANY BANS LEAD TO A BAN FROM PLAYING AT EURO 2024?

Anyone who receives two warnings will be suspended for one game.

If a player had received four yellow cards before the semi-finals, he would have been suspended for an additional match. However, there is no danger for any player at the 2024 European Championship.

WHEN ARE THE PLAYERS OUTDOORS?

After the quarter-finals everything is clear.

This means that someone could only miss the final due to suspension if they were sent off in the previous round(s).

HOW MANY GAMES DOES A PLAYER MISS AFTER BEING LOST FROM THE PITCH?

A red card at any time during Euro 2024 will result in a one-match suspension.

In the case of more serious offences, the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body may extend the period of suspension.

WHO WILL BE BANNED ON MATCHDAY 5?

Four players from the winning teams received a second yellow card on matchday four. They will therefore not reach the quarter-finals:

Marc Guehi (€4.6 million) is the only really notable name from a fantasy perspective, the other three are owned by 1% or less of the managers.

WHO WILL RETURN AFTER A SUSPENSION IN THE QUARTERFINALS?

Four players who were suspended on the fourth matchday are now available again.

They are Germany’s Jonathan Tah (4.5 million €), the Swiss Silvan Widmer (€4.5 million) and Turkey Samet Akaydin (€4.0 million) and Hakan Calhanoglu (€6.5 million).
