New York Beer Project Adds Buffalo Flair to New Restaurant

The latest New York Beer Project restaurant has finally opened in Orchard Park. If you’re one of the few who’ve already visited, have you noticed this?

People have been eagerly awaiting the opening date of the new Orchard Park restaurant. We were able to go last weekend for a friend’s birthday and had a great time.

The entire building is themed like a cabin in the woods. It’s actually called the New York Beer Project Lodge. For months, people have been following every step of the construction because two things are obvious from what we can see from 219. The first is that the building doesn’t look anything like the one in Lockport, which is very boxy and boxy. The second is that it’s huge.

This place looks huge. As soon as you get out of your car in the parking lot, you can see how big it is. When you walk in, there are several areas you can go to. You can go into the dining area where you will be seated for a meal. You can go upstairs for the rest of the seating. You can go to the bar where there are a few small tables and a huge bar. Or, you can go outside to enjoy appetizers and drinks while playing cornhole.

But if you pay attention when you walk in, you might notice that their fermenters (the huge vats where they make the beer) are labeled in a very Buffalo way.

Each of the floats bears the name and number of a current or former member of the Buffalo Bills. Even Marv Levy is represented!
