Ontario County man arrested for strangulation – Finger Lakes Daily News

A Clifton Springs man was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office during an investigation into a family problems complaint.

Timothy Perkins Junior is accused of placing his hands around another person’s neck and applying pressure, causing the victim to become dizzy.

The 34-year-old was charged with strangulation and taken to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment by CAP. A restraining order was filed on behalf of the victim.
