15-year-old boy charged with raping 5-year-old girl and 13-year-old boy charged with raping 12-year-old boy

A 15-year-old boy was charged with the rape and attempted rape of a 5-year-old girl, while in another incident a 13-year-old boy was charged with the rape of a 12-year-old boy.

When releasing statistics for June 2024, the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions said that in June, 15 people were charged with a total of 32 cases of sexual offenses.

Of the 15 defendants, two were minors.

There were 15 victims, 10 of whom were under the age of 18. There was one male and 14 female victims.

In six cases, the victim and the accused were related.

A 40-year-old man was charged with the rape of his 19-year-old niece, while in another case a 33-year-old man was charged with the rape of his 15-year-old niece.

There was an incident in which a 59-year-old man was charged with the rape and sexual assault of his 15-year-old niece.

In another case, a 42-year-old man was charged with raping and sexually assaulting his 14-year-old niece.

A 43-year-old man was accused of raping his 14-year-old niece; however, the case was dropped after the defendant’s death.

A 42-year-old man was charged with raping his 42-year-old wife, but the case was dropped due to insufficient evidence.

There was an incident in which a 79-year-old man was charged with the rape and sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl.

A 20-year-old man was charged with raping an 11-year-old girl, while in another case a 38-year-old man was charged with raping and indecently touching a 13-year-old girl from his village.

There was an incident in which an 18-year-old man was charged with raping a 14-year-old girl.

In four cases, the proceedings were discontinued because the evidence was insufficient or contradictory, the victims could not be contacted or located, and one defendant had died.
