Update: Lanes reopened on US 53 near River Prairie | News

ALTOONA (WQOW) – The northbound lanes of US 53 are reopened following an accident Tuesday afternoon.

Traffic cameras showed emergency crews responding to vehicles stopped on the north side of the highway just past the River Prairie exit. One vehicle was parked in the median.

The accident occurred shortly before 4:30 p.m. and the motorway was fully reopened about an hour later.
