A temperature of 48 degrees was measured in a walk-in refrigerator. Two boxes of eggs and three containers of rice noodles had to be disposed of.

The restaurant’s certified food safety manager was not on site during the first 20 minutes of the inspection.

A restaurant with a consumer warning sign may operate temporarily for a maximum of 10 days. A further inspection will be conducted either before the expiration of the temporary period at the request of the restaurant owner or on the tenth day.

During re-inspection, violations that resulted in a consumer warning sign are re-evaluated. If violations have been corrected, the green “Inspected and Approved” sign is posted. If violations persist, the restaurant is closed and the red “Closed” sign is posted.

The restaurant will remain open as long as the alert level is active.
