Woman arrested by Hickory police for assault

Vanessa Razo Ramirez, 29, whose address is not listed, was arrested by Hickory police officers on Monday (July 1). She is charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, inflicting serious injury and resisting arrest. Ramirez was held in the Catawba County Detention Center on $100,000 bail pending her arraignment in District Court on Monday.
