1 dead and 1 injured in possible robbery in Fort Worth, police say

Two people were shot in Fort Worth on Monday afternoon, one of whom succumbed to his injuries, police said in a press release.

At approximately 3:20 p.m., officers were called to a shooting call in the 7500 block of Camp Bowie West Boulevard. When they arrived, they found two victims with gunshot wounds to the upper body.

Both victims were taken to a hospital, where one died. The second victim received medical treatment and his condition is unknown, according to police.

Police are investigating the case as a possible robbery, the press release said. As of 9:30 p.m. Monday, no arrests have been made and no information on the suspect was provided in the press release.
