IN ACCORDANCE WITH MANUFACTURER INFORMATION. LANCASTER COUNTY DEATH CERTIFICATE SAYS THE DEATH OF A MAN ALMOST TWO WEEKS AGO IN PARADISE TOWNSHIP WAS AN ACCIDENT. DEATH CERTIFICATE SAYS 44-YEAR-OLD JASON LUTZ OF KIRKWOOD DIED FROM MULTIPLE TRAUMATIC INJURIES WHICH INCLUDE ACUTE DRUG POISONING AS A CONTRIBUTING FACTOR. INVESTIGATORS SAY LUTZ WAS STRUCK AND KILLED BY A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE EARLY MORNING ON JUNE 19.

The Lancaster County coroner has ruled a man’s death last month an accident. The coroner said Jason Lutz, 44, of Kirkwood, died from multiple traumatic injuries, contributed to by acute drug intoxication. Investigators said Lutz was struck by a truck on June 19 near Route 30 and Belmont Road in Paradise Township.
